Edit a design in Krevaya Studio
Create a social design, edit individual text and image layers, save your changes, and export or turn the design into a post.
Updated
Start with a format and a design
Open Studio and choose a format that fits the intended output. Start from a template when its layout already supports your message, or use a blank design when you need a different structure. Choose the active brand first so its identity and media are available in the editor.
A design remains editable in Studio. A downloaded PNG, JPG, or WebP is a flattened image, so keep the original design if you expect to revise the copy or layout later.
Work with individual layers
- Select the text, photo, shape, or ornament you want to change. Use the Layers panel when items overlap.
- Replace the sample copy, then check wrapping and line breaks at the final output size.
- Replace photos with your own uploads or appropriate library images. Adjust the crop within the photo frame rather than stretching the subject.
- Move and resize the selected item. Group objects that should move together, and lock objects you do not want to disturb.
- Use undo to reverse an unintended edit before making more changes.
The editor distinguishes the layout frame used for wrapping and crops from the painted area you select. Text or artwork can therefore have a selection edge that differs from the full layout frame. Designs support up to 160 layers per page; an over-limit addition must be reduced before it can be saved.
Check the whole design
- Read every page, not only the cover. Replace sample handles and biographical details.
- Check text on light and dark areas of photos, especially small labels.
- Inspect the outer edges for clipped text, accidental elements, and inconsistent spacing.
- If you apply brand colors, check the result and use reset if it weakens contrast.
- Wait for the save to complete before closing the editor or handing the design to a teammate.
Download or make a post
Use Download for a still-image export in the offered format. Use Post this design to move the design's pages into the posting workflow, then review the destination, caption, and media count in the composer. A visual export does not schedule a post on its own.
If the editor reports a newer saved version, reload and inspect that version before repeating your change. Studio is not live co-editing; two people editing simultaneously can encounter a version conflict. If a preview wakes after a long inactive tab, allow its media to reload before assuming the saved design is missing.
