Upload, find, and reuse media and AI images

Manage brand assets, upload photos, videos, and audio, fit images for social posts, and reuse generated images without regenerating them.

Updated

Upload under the right brand

Assets is the library for your uploaded media, generated images, saved drawings, and template media. Check the active brand or brand view before uploading. Studio's Uploads panel uses the relevant brand library when you place media into a design.

File kindStandard upload limitFormats
Image15 MBJPEG, PNG, WebP
Video500 MB; larger uploads are available on eligible tiers as shown in AssetsMP4, MOV
Audio50 MBMP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC

Images have metadata removed on upload. Large video uploads use parts so an interrupted part can be retried; keep the page open until the upload finishes.

Find and place existing files

  1. Search Assets by name, description, or tag. A template's name can help find the media copied with that template.
  2. Use the media type or library section to narrow the result.
  3. For a still post, use Fit for a platform when the image needs a supported size or aspect ratio.
  4. In Studio, choose the file from Uploads and adjust its crop or timeline placement.
  5. Inspect the final post preview. A compatible file size is separate from a compatible channel format.

Generate only what the design needs

Open AI images in Studio when a new visual is needed. Describe the subject, action, setting, framing, and the space needed for text. For example: a ceramic cup beside a notebook on a sunlit desk, photographed from above, with an uncluttered area on the left for a heading.

Keep readable text in editable text layers instead of asking the image to draw your whole caption. Check generated objects and details before using them, and use the model and credit cost shown in the generation interface. A standard AI image action costs three credits; other generation modes can cost more.

Generated images appear in the library's AI images section. Reuse a suitable result across posts instead of paying to regenerate it for every placement.

Resolve upload and storage problems

  • File refused? Check its actual format and size; renaming an extension does not convert the file.
  • Storage full? Review the usage meter and remove unused media deliberately, or choose a plan with more storage.
  • Upload interrupted? Inspect the upload result and library before starting another copy.
  • Media missing from a shared design? A teammate can browse only the library allowed by that shared brand, not every asset in the owner's account.

A library upload does not guarantee that all networks accept that file. Validate channel duration, dimensions, media count, and file type before scheduling.
