Invite teammates and control design access
Choose view, comment, edit, or admin access for a brand, understand editor seats, and collaborate without assuming every teammate can publish.

Choose the minimum role the person needs
| Role | What it is for | Editor seat |
|---|---|---|
| Can view | Inspect the shared brand's available designs. | No |
| Can comment | Review designs and leave feedback. | No |
| Can edit | Edit and comment on shared designs within the allowed design controls. | Yes |
| Admin | Edit designs and manage eligible people and workspace billing. | Yes |
A brand admin is not a platform administrator. Brand access does not grant the authority to approve community templates or administer the Krevaya platform.
Invite and verify access
- Open the brand's People controls and choose the recipient and role.
- Read the seat summary before inviting an editor or admin.
- Send the invitation and have the recipient accept it with the intended account.
- The recipient can find accepted brands under Shared with me.
- Open the same design from both sides to confirm the recipient has the access you intended.
Viewers and commenters are free. Included editor seats are Plus 1, Pro 3, Ultra 5, Max 10, and Agency 25. Invitations do not reserve a seat. If no seat is available when a person joins, an editor or admin assignment can operate as Can comment until a seat is free.
Editing a design is not publishing permission
An editor can work on the shared design's supported layers, rename it, comment, and use permitted media from that brand's library. Owner-only actions include publishing, scheduling, post captions and metadata, copying or deleting designs, changing the template, and starting AI or paid provider work.
An editor's library access is scoped to the shared brand. It does not reveal the owner's other brands or unfiled media. Shared library uploads and design media use the workspace's storage allowance.
An admin can manage eligible members and invitations, but only the owner can change or remove another admin. Workspace billing changes affect the owner's workspace plan, not the invited admin's personal account.
Use comments and avoid edit conflicts
Leave feedback on the design or relevant layer so the editor can locate the issue. A specific comment such as increase contrast on the bottom caption is easier to resolve than make it pop.
Studio does not provide live simultaneous co-editing. If another person's save makes your version stale, the save can be refused and the editor reloads the current design. Coordinate who is editing a page, and inspect the latest version before repeating an edit.
If controls disappear, ask the owner to check the effective role and seat count. Do not assume that an invitation with Can edit means a paid seat is currently available.
