What you need before posting

You need a Krevaya account and permission to publish to the destination you connect. Start with one brand and one channel so you can verify the entire workflow before adding more accounts. The Free plan supports manual posts, a calendar, and scheduling; AI generation needs a paid plan.

A brand is the identity you are posting as. Check the brand switcher before creating anything, especially if you manage clients. The setup tour can help with your niche, voice, and connections, but its steps are skippable.

Connect your destination

  1. Open Connections and choose the channel you want to use.
  2. Complete its authorization or credential form. For Facebook, choose Connect via Meta and allow the correct Page. A linked Instagram Business account can connect with the Page.
  3. Confirm the account name in Connections. On Brands, check that the account belongs to the intended brand.
  4. For a first test, choose a simple supported format: text for LinkedIn or Threads, or one image for Instagram.

Some destinations require a board, channel, publication, or other choice on the post itself. Connecting the account does not fill in those choices for you.

Write and save a draft

  1. Choose Create → Post, or Compose on the Calendar.
  2. Select the destination and write your caption. Add an image if the destination requires one.
  3. Under When, choose Save as drafts. Saving a draft lets you inspect the result before it is eligible to publish.
  4. Open the draft in the Review queue. Check the destination, spelling, links, image crop, and any channel-specific fields.

Approve, schedule, and verify

  1. Approve the draft when it is ready. In Review publish mode, approved posts can publish automatically at an available slot.
  2. For a specific time, use Schedule and choose a future date and time. Check the timezone before saving.
  3. Open Calendar and confirm that the post appears on the intended day. Off publish mode pauses automatic publishing, including scheduled posts.
  4. After the scheduled time, check the Review queue or notification bell. Publishing means the send is still underway; Published means it completed. Follow the live-post link when one is available.

If the post is Held, read its explanation before changing anything. If it is Failed, fix the reported cause and use Retry publish. Creating a second copy can make recovery harder and risks a duplicate if the original send is still running.

Frequently asked questions

Can I schedule a post without using AI?

Yes. Use Create → Post, write the copy yourself, and choose a scheduling option. Manual posts use no AI credits; your plan's post allowance still applies.

Does saving a draft publish it?

Save as drafts creates a draft. Review mode requires approval before automatic publishing. Auto mode can approve drafts automatically, so keep a new brand in Review mode while testing.
