Set up brands, voice, and Brand Memory

Keep clients and projects separate, connect the right accounts, and teach Krevaya your audience, voice, and content priorities.

Create a clear boundary for each identity

Use a separate brand for each business, creator identity, or client whose voice and publishing accounts differ. Free includes one brand; paid plans include unlimited brands, subject to their connected-account limits.

  1. Open Brands and create or select the brand.
  2. Set its name, niche, handle, and design preferences. Use a specific niche, such as bookkeeping for independent designers, instead of business.
  3. Assign its connected accounts and verify the account names. Auto-group accounts can create a brand for each Facebook Page and its linked Instagram account.
  4. Choose the brand in the switcher before creating content. Review existing scheduled posts after changing account assignments.

Give the writer useful examples

In Settings → Voice & personas, choose one voice for all platforms or a different voice per platform. Supply writing that sounds like the person who should be speaking. A product launch, a customer explanation, and an opinion post give more useful variety than three nearly identical announcements.

  • Describe who the reader is and what they already know.
  • List specific language rules: preferred terms, phrases to avoid, and whether the brand uses first person.
  • Provide real, current examples you have permission to use. Remove confidential customer details.
  • Use Let Krevaya learn from me to control ongoing voice learning. Review generated copy even when the voice is well established.

Inspect what Krevaya believes

Brand Memory opens as What Krevaya knows. It records identity, audience, voice rules, content pillars, and accounts to model after, with sources and confidence. Correct inaccurate facts directly. An edited fact is locked so later learning cannot overwrite your correction.

Importing your own past posts can fill gaps. A Brand Genome scan is an AI analysis and costs credits; review its proposed understanding instead of treating its confidence as proof. A useful memory item is specific and verifiable, such as a product serving solo consultants, rather than an unsupported claim that it is the market leader.

Fix content that belongs to the wrong brand

  • If drafts sound wrong, check the active brand, niche, and selected persona before regenerating.
  • If an uploaded image is missing, inspect the brand view and the brand's Assets library.
  • If the wrong account appears as a destination, correct its brand assignment in Brands or Connections before approving the post.
  • If the same mistaken fact keeps returning, correct and lock the corresponding Brand Memory entry, then edit the drafts that already contain it.

Changing brand settings improves subsequent work; it is not a reason to assume that every existing caption, design, or scheduled post has been rewritten.
