Capture a browser image and turn it into a post

Understand Krevaya Capture's Chrome side panel, account pairing, screenshot limits, and draft, schedule, and post-now recovery.

Updated

Check installation availability

The extension can create posts for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and Bluesky. It uses your ordinary Krevaya account, including eligible Free accounts, rather than requiring a paid API key.

Connect the installed extension

  1. Open the extension's connection flow. It opens Krevaya's Connect extension page.
  2. Sign in to the intended Krevaya account and approve the pairing.
  3. Return to the extension and confirm the active brand and named destination accounts.
  4. If the connection expires or is invalidated by a password or account-security change, pair again.

The extension session is scoped to its own workflow and lasts seven days. Never paste a main password or API key into a screenshot or caption to make a connection work.

Capture only what you intend to share

Capture uses the visible browser viewport. It does not scroll through the whole page. Region cropping happens against the frozen screenshot, so select the area after capturing. You can instead upload an image or write a text-only post for a destination that supports it.

  • Hide private account information before taking the screenshot.
  • Crop to the relevant content and check small text at the final output size.
  • Use a compatible fit preset when the image is too tall or wide for a feed destination.
  • Write the caption and review every selected destination before submitting.

Image uploads use the normal 15 MB input limit and image-processing rules. Manual extension posts use no AI credits, but post and storage allowances still apply.

Save, schedule, or send and inspect the result

Save draft creates editable drafts. Schedule requires a local date and time with a timezone offset. Post now starts an asynchronous publishing operation and then reports each destination's status; accepted does not mean published.

If the network drops after submitting, use the extension's operation recovery to inspect the existing posts. Do not create a fresh operation just because the first response was lost. The recovery flow can show publishing, published, held, failed, or saved but not sent.

The extension offers one routed account per brand and platform. Use the main app when you need video composition or a destination not offered by the extension.
