Manage settings, AI credits, plans, and notifications

Understand monthly allowances and credit costs, change billing settings, control alerts, and distinguish cancellation from account deletion.

Updated

Check the allowance that applies to your task

Open Settings → Plan & billing for your current plan and usage. Free includes one connected account, one brand, and five manual posts per month, with no ordinary AI generation. Paid plans add AI credits, more connected accounts, and unlimited brands and posts within the product's other controls.

Use the current pricing page for prices and plan terms. A plan allowance and a feature's preview availability are separate; buying a higher tier does not open every restricted tool.

Monthly AI allowances reset on the first day of the month in UTC. Paid accounts can buy additional credits through Buy AI credits. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after the monthly allowance. Check the cost shown for the particular action rather than assuming every use of AI costs one credit.

Change a plan or cancel billing

Use Settings → Plan & billing to open the upgrade or plan-change flow. Manage billing opens the billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. A workspace admin should verify whose workspace is being changed before confirming a billing action.

Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. If the intention is only to stop recurring payment, use Manage billing rather than deleting the account and its content.

Set alerts and account preferences

  • Settings → Notifications lets you choose bell alerts and email delivery by event, including immediate messages, a daily digest, or no email.
  • Keep failed-post and reconnect notifications enabled where timely recovery matters.
  • Settings → Publishing preferences controls interface language spelling and date format; those choices do not rewrite your posts.
  • Settings → Profile & security lets you change a password. A password change signs out other devices; Forgotten password starts from the sign-in page.
  • Settings → Danger zone → Delete account permanently removes the account and its data. Review that consequence before using it.

If a limit appears unexpectedly, read whether it refers to credits, storage, connected accounts, editor seats, a daily export cap, or preview access. These limits have different remedies.
