Check feature availability and preview access
Understand which Krevaya tools are available, which require a plan or preview access, and which older workflows are currently unavailable.

A missing tool can have several causes
Krevaya distinguishes ordinary plan limits, limited previews, channel approvals, and tools that are currently unavailable. These are different restrictions. An upgrade can unlock an included paid feature, but it does not automatically grant preview access or restore an unavailable tool.
Check the exact message in the interface first. Also confirm the brand, owner or teammate role, and connected account. A teammate may be able to edit a design while its publishing and AI controls remain owner-only.

Continue the task with available tools
- For a recurring posting routine, use the brand's posting preferences, Review queue, and Calendar.
- For a short video, use manual editing in Studio with your uploaded footage, text, and audio.
- For an article or YouTube link, ask Krew to repurpose the source into drafts.
- For content planning, use Discover, Trending, drafts, and Calendar.
- For a reusable visual identity, keep brand assets and editable designs in Studio and Assets.
These paths cover different parts of the work; they do not imply that automatic clipping, recurring character generation, or node-based pipelines are available.
Before changing your plan
Open Settings → Plan & billing and compare the feature or allowance you need with the current plan information. A limit message that names a plan is different from one that says a feature is in preview or unavailable.
If a tool disappears during an existing workflow, keep its design or post link and record the exact message. Do not recreate or delete your work just to test whether access returns.
Frequently asked questions
Will upgrading enable Pipelines, Storyboard, Cast, or Cut?
No. Those tools are currently unavailable to ordinary accounts. A higher plan does not remove that restriction.
