Use Krew and Ask Krevaya

Find features, inspect your queue, and start supported actions in plain language, with clear distinctions between free answers and AI work.

Updated

Open the assistant from your workspace

Ask Krevaya helps you navigate, inspect your content, and perform supported tasks. Open it from the workspace or use the command shortcut shown in the interface. Krew presents the same assistant through a Team Lead and six roles: Trendspotter, Ghostwriter, Art Director, Publisher, Community Manager, and Coach.

Choose Name your Krew to give the roles names. Opening a role changes the assistant's presentation and starter questions. It does not, by itself, start an autonomous background worker.

Ask for a result you can check

Try askingWhat to inspect
What's waiting for my review? The drafts and links returned for your current brand view.
What's scheduled this week? The dates, times, and destination for each result.
How many credits do I have? The usage information and billing link.
Draft posts about reducing onboarding frictionThe action's cost and destination before running it, then the resulting drafts.
Repurpose this article: https://example.com/my-articleWhether the source was read successfully and whether the drafts preserve its facts.

Include the platform, topic, or date range when it matters. If a question is ambiguous, follow the assistant's links or ask a narrower question instead of assuming it selected the intended post.

Review actions before running them

The assistant can offer actions such as approving drafts, scheduling approved posts, generating ideas, repurposing a link, or switching brands. An answer is not the action: use the action button to run it. Destructive or credit-spending actions ask for confirmation and show relevant cost information.

After an action starts, wait for its result. A generation job may take time. Check the Review queue or the linked destination before repeating a request, especially after a network interruption.

Understand AI answers and feature access

Supported rule-based answers do not use AI credits. When a question needs the AI fallback, Ask with AI opts into it; five AI answers use one credit. Free accounts receive a small lifetime preview of three AI answers. Content generation has its own credit cost.
