Write, revise, approve, and reject posts
Use the Review queue to improve AI drafts, check platform-specific details, and control what becomes eligible to publish.

Choose a manual or AI starting point
Create → Post lets you write a post yourself. Discover, Trending, and Krew can generate drafts using your brand's niche and voice. Both paths lead to content you can inspect before publishing; manual writing uses no AI credits.
For a useful AI request, provide the audience, one concrete point, supporting facts, and the desired reader action. For example: explain to first-time shop owners why a weekly stock count matters, using the three discrepancies in these notes, and end with a five-minute check they can try.
Revise the part that needs work
- Open the draft in the Review queue and read its complete caption.
- Edit specific problems directly: an unsupported statistic, a vague opening, a broken link, or a repeated sentence.
- Use Revise with AI when the structure or tone needs a broader rewrite. Give a concrete instruction such as shorten the introduction to one sentence and keep the example.
- Open the visual in Studio when the problem is layout, text size, crop, or a sample image.
- Read the finished caption and visual together. They should agree on names, dates, prices, and the action you want the reader to take.
Review each destination separately
- Verify the selected account and brand before approval.
- Check character counts and media limits for that destination.
- Replace all sample text, example names, and placeholder calls to action.
- Complete channel-specific choices, such as a Pinterest board or TikTok privacy and commercial-content disclosures.
- Check factual claims against their source and make sure images and quoted material are appropriate for your intended use.
A campaign's LinkedIn post, Instagram caption, and newsletter may need different context and length. Approving one destination is not a reason to skip reviewing the others.
Choose what happens next
Approve makes the post eligible for the queue. In Review mode, approved or scheduled posts can then publish automatically. Use Schedule for an explicit time or Publish now for an immediate send. Off mode pauses automatic publishing.
Reject moves a draft to Rejected and asks for a reason, such as off voice, wrong topic, too salesy, factually off, bad hook, or too long. Choose the closest reason so future writing has useful feedback. A rejected draft can be approved later.
