Turn an article or YouTube link into social drafts
Repurpose an existing source through Krew or the API, preserve its facts, and review original platform-specific drafts before publishing.
Updated
Choose a source with enough substance
Repurposing works best when the source already contains a useful argument, example, or explanation. Use an article or YouTube link in Krew, or provide a supported link or raw text through your API or MCP integration. Select the right brand so the resulting drafts use the intended voice and audience.
Give the source a clear editorial direction
- Open Krew and ask to repurpose the source URL.
- Add the audience and angle when you have one, such as explain the practical takeaway for first-time managers.
- Review the offered generation action and credit cost before running it.
- Wait for the job to finish, then open the resulting drafts in the Review queue.
Through an integration, provide a steering instruction with the source when supported. A request such as make this a three-part explanation with one example per post is more useful than make this viral. The source must actually support the requested examples.
Check what was preserved and what changed
- Compare names, dates, figures, and conclusions with the source.
- Remove statements that imply you performed someone else's work or experienced their anecdote.
- Add attribution or a source link where the post depends on another person's reporting or analysis.
- Give each destination enough context to stand alone. Do not assume a reader has seen the original video or article.
- Replace repeated summaries with distinct useful angles when several drafts cover the same source.
Saving a source costs three credits, plus the credits used for generated drafts. Reusing the resulting material still requires editing; a source library is not permission to repeat outdated claims indefinitely.
When extraction or generation is incomplete
A login wall, inaccessible page, missing transcript, or thin source can prevent useful extraction. Confirm that the link opens publicly and that the source contains the material you expect. If your integration supports raw text, provide the relevant text with context instead of repeatedly submitting a blocked URL.
If drafts are generic, improve the input: add the real example, explain the audience, or narrow the takeaway. If the job succeeded but the queue looks empty, check the active brand and draft filters before running it again.
