Choose the template for the job
In Studio, browse templates by format and the available filters, or search for the task: a comparison, checklist, introduction, announcement, or step-by-step explanation. Choose a layout with space for the material you actually have. A photo-heavy template is a poor fit if your message depends on several paragraphs.
Templates marked with a crown are premium and require Plus or higher. Preview a template before using it so you can inspect its page count, visual structure, and photo slots. Built-in templates include visible accents that can take your brand color.
Replace the sample without losing the structure
- Open the template as a design under the correct brand.
- Replace sample text and names. Keep the opening page focused on one clear promise or question.
- Replace each photo slot separately and check the crop after replacement.
- Edit the supporting pages so each contributes a step, example, or part of the argument.
- Use a final page that gives a specific next action, such as checking a setting or visiting a relevant page, rather than repeating the title.
Manage page order and capacity
Studio supports up to 20 pages for editing, saving, and export, with up to 160 layers per page. Reorder pages to create a readable sequence and inspect each page after adding or removing one. A carousel should still make sense when a reader pauses on a single slide.
A useful five-page tutorial might contain the problem, the first action, the second action, a worked example, and a final checklist. This is a writing structure you can adapt, not a requirement to pad every topic to five pages.
Send the full page set to the composer
Post this design sends every page in order. Instagram accepts up to 10 items; Facebook accepts up to 10 photos; Threads and LinkedIn accept up to 20 items in their supported formats; Bluesky accepts up to four photos. Mixed image-and-video sets work on Instagram and Threads, while LinkedIn's multi-image post requires still images.
