What can you publish in your Slack workspace?

What Krevaya sends through Slack's official API, format by format. Available formats depend on your connected account.

Text

A message up to 4,000 characters.

Pictures

Up to ten pictures as image blocks.

Video

A video as a link in the message.

How do I connect Slack to Krevaya?

Sign in on the platform. About a minute, once.

  1. Open Connections in Krevaya and press Connect Slack.
  2. Sign in on Slack's own page and allow Krevaya to publish. Krevaya never sees your password.
  3. Pick the workspace. Krevaya joins the channel you choose on each post before it writes.
  4. Write a post, or let Krevaya draft one, approve it in the review queue, and give it a time. It publishes in your Slack workspace at that time.

What the review card asks for on Slack

Every post is one card in the review queue. Besides the copy and the media, Slack posts carry these choices, and a post missing a required one waits rather than guessing.

Choices on the card

  • Which public channel the message goes to.

Limits

  • 4,000 characters of text.

Everything else Krevaya does for Slack

One workspace for every channel you run: the same drafts, the same review queue, the same calendar.

Drafts in your voice

Krew drafts Slack posts from what is trending in your niche, in your voice, and leaves them waiting for your approval.

Review-first, always

Drafts land in your review queue. Nothing publishes until you approve it, and auto-publish is opt-in per brand.

Best times, from your history

Schedule by hand or let Krevaya pick the next free slot from your own engagement history.

33 channels, one queue

Approve a post once and send its version to Slack and any other channel you have connected, each on its own card.

Your keys stay yours

Slack access is stored encrypted at rest, scoped to publishing, and revoked on Slack in one step.

Works with your AI agent

Ask ChatGPT, Claude or any of 27 AI agents to draft for Slack through Krevaya's hosted MCP server.

Good to know about Slack and Krevaya

What Slack itself allows, and what Krevaya does and does not do with it.

  • Public channels only; private channels would need a different Slack permission.
  • You approve every post in the review queue; nothing goes out on its own.

Other channels Krevaya publishes to

Same workspace, same review queue. More chat and messaging, then everything else.

How do I schedule Slack posts with Krevaya?

Connect Slack once in Krevaya's Connections (sign in on the platform), then write a post, or let Krevaya draft one, and approve it in the review queue. Give it a time or let Krevaya pick one from your own engagement history; it publishes in your Slack workspace at that time, whether or not you are online.

What can I publish in your Slack workspace?

Text, Pictures, Video. A message up to 4,000 characters. Up to ten pictures as image blocks. A video as a link in the message.

Does Krevaya need my Slack password?

No. You sign in on Slack's own page and allow Krevaya to publish; Krevaya stores the resulting token encrypted at rest and never sees your password. Remove the access on Slack any time.

Can Krevaya post in your Slack workspace on its own?

Which plan do I need for Slack?

Can I connect more than one Slack account?

Yes. Each connected account can be assigned to a brand, and a post publishes through its brand's account, never another brand's.

Can my AI agent post in your Slack workspace?
